Welcome bonus and eligibility

Our welcome bonus is 100% up to $10,000 MXN on your first deposit. Participants in our promotions must be 18 years or older and residents of Mexico. Our currency is the Mexican peso: we accept deposits only in MXN.

Claiming a deposit bonus

Our members can receive only one deposit bonus per deposit and cannot claim more than one bonus at a time. Claim a deposit bonus within 72 hours of your first deposit and before using that deposit. By participating, you accept the relevant promotion terms and must meet every eligibility requirement. Separate conditions also apply to individual promotions, bonuses and special offers.

Wagering and account access

All bonuses have wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. You can withdraw bonus winnings only after meeting those requirements. If the conditions are not fully satisfied, we cancel the bonuses, promotional offers and winnings. A bonus becomes valid once its wagering requirements are completed.

Our general wagering definition applies a multiplier to your deposit and bonus together. Most games have a 4% to 5% house edge, with wagering aligned to a 5% margin. At a 1% house edge, completing wagering takes five times longer. Accumulation is $0.20 MXN per $1 MXN wagered, while games with a higher house edge need fewer wagers to complete rollover.

While an active wagering requirement applies, your account remains locked until you meet it or lose the total balance in the corresponding bonus currency and no active bets remain.

Time limits, payouts and withdrawals

The first deposit bonus must be used within 30 days and deposit bonuses must be redeemed or used within 7 days, or we automatically remove them along with any accumulated winnings and withdraw any remaining or unused deposit bonus from your account at the end of the deposit bonus period.

The maximum payout from a deposit bonus or free bet is five times the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Maximum winnings from goodwill or lucky bonuses, free spins or free bets in the no-deposit bonus category are $20 MXN. We deduct winnings above that cap.

We deduct bonus funds when you request a withdrawal. Bonuses cannot be used during a pending withdrawal transaction. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, you forfeit accumulated winnings, the bonus amount and the bonus offer.

Eligible betting and participation

For market combinations with only two or three potential outcomes, we void winnings from pre-match or live bets placed on more than one outcome. Resolved bets on other selections in that combination do not count towards bonus release. Opposing bets on the same event are invalid and violate our bonus policy.

We do not pay bonuses to accounts sharing a name or belonging to the same household or family. Duplicate accounts do not qualify, and only one person per household or computer may participate in a promotion. We may deny a specific promotion when we suspect duplicate accounts were created solely to claim it. If we determine that a participant violated these terms, including by creating multiple accounts or acting in bad faith, that participant will be excluded and will not receive the bonus. Any abusive behaviour intended to manipulate bonuses or promotion terms will result in the cancellation of bonuses and winnings at our sole discretion. We may limit eligibility or restrict participation in any or all promotions at our discretion. Our promotions are for recreational and sporting purposes.

We may cancel promotions, bonuses or special offers before their announced end for circumstances such as security issues or detected bonus abuse, and we may extend promotional periods. We may change promotional rules without prior notice. Our administration is the final authority for promotion disputes, errors, misunderstandings or failures.

When verification is required

You can verify your account at any time, but verification is mandatory before any withdrawal or before depositing more than $31,271.50 MXN. Deposits

Our payment-method choices include Visa/Mastercard, SPEI, OXXO, Mercado Pago, Bitso and Astro Pay.

Visa and MasterCard. Go to the cashier, open Deposit and select Bank Card. If you have no stored card, choose Add New Card. Enter the requested card details and deposit amount, then follow the on-screen instructions. Deposited funds are available instantly.

Paysafecard. Buy a voucher, including with cash if you prefer, and enter its 16-digit PIN at the cashier. Funds become available instantly. This voucher route needs neither banking details nor a bank account, and there are no extra charges for this Paysafecard deposit method.

OXXO. Select OXXO at the cashier, enter your deposit amount and keep the payment reference. Take that reference to an OXXO store and pay in cash. Funds become available soon.

STP. We offer STP for deposits and withdrawals. It provides real-time bank transfers and instant transaction notifications. STP fees are minimal and often lower than card charges, while banks may charge commissions on card payments. To deposit, add your STP banking details, send the bank account name, CLABE, bank name and deposit amount, then confirm the transfer using the verification code. Your account is credited instantly after that process.

Cryptocurrency conversion. For a deposit funded through cryptocurrency conversion, we channel funds through specialist companies. Choose Crypto at the cashier and enter the amount in Mexican pesos. Select the cryptocurrency, choose Continue and use the generated sending address to transfer funds from your digital wallet. Once the transaction completes, your account shows Deposit completed in Mexican pesos.

Withdrawals

Log into your account, open Cashier and select Withdraw. Enter the amount and use the payment method you used to deposit. If that method is unavailable for withdrawal, we offer alternative payment options. You can withdraw part of your winnings and leave the rest in your account.

Card withdrawals. In Withdraw, enter an amount, choose Credit Card, provide the receiving card details and confirm. Funds go directly to the card, and processing can take a few days.

Request status. Submitted requests appear as Pending. Once the status changes to Processing, you can no longer cancel the withdrawal request.

Method restrictions. Traditional Paysafecard vouchers do not support withdrawals, while Paysafecard's prepaid MasterCard allows them. OXXO is for deposits only, so withdrawing winnings requires another method.

Sports, markets and live betting

Our sportsbook covers football, boxing, baseball, American football, hockey, horse racing, esports, volleyball, golf, motor sports, tennis, rugby, badminton, darts, cricket and snooker. We cover Mexican leagues and tournaments as well as international football leagues. Choose from winner, totals, spread, exact-score, corners, individual-period and futures markets, or combine bets in parlays.

We offer live betting while events are in progress, with odds that update in real time and markets on what happens next. Live choices include football, tennis, basketball, baseball, esports and table tennis, with event updates and game statistics.

Bet Builder and bet placement

Our Bet Builder combines selections from the same event. It needs at least 2 and allows at most 6 selections. In player markets, Bet Builder allows one selection per player from the same team. Compatible selections are treated as singles only when split-combinations mode is enabled.

Simple bets do not allow decimal stakes. Bet increments use your real-money balance only, and related Handicap and Total lines cannot be combined. You cannot use deposited balance to bet on an event at its start.

If odds change, we ask you to accept the change. A maximum-odds adjustment changes potential winnings and requires your confirmation. When odds limits are exceeded or selections are unavailable, invalid or incompatible, you must adjust or remove the affected selections. Some selected events cannot accept a bet.

Settlement and event information

If a selection is voided, we recalculate odds from the remaining selections. A losing-bet stake refund when a game ends 0–0 applies only in selected markets to eligible customers. In cricket, if an innings ends without the indicated wicket falling, that wicket bet is void. Multiple winners share the applicable prizes.

We settle special player markets using OPTA data, which may differ from statistics supplied by other providers. Event scores, results and times are guidance, not guaranteed settlement information, and we do not assume responsibility for incorrect event information. Live broadcasts may be delayed, with different delays for different players.

Offers and restricted selections

When our match-specific enhanced odds are offered, they apply only before the match starts and cannot be combined with other promotions. TopCuota applies to its specific market until event start and cannot be combined with other offers. Early payout applies to the standard match-winner market when the backed team reaches the displayed lead threshold. Super PA applies to one home or away selection, marked by its bet-slip icon.

Bonus balance cannot fund horse-racing bets at SP or E/W prices. Remove invalid selections or use cash balance for those bets. An active Risk Free Bet requires a stake exactly equal to the bonus amount and cannot be used on invalid selections. Our bet insurance does not cover single bets.

For a campaign, supported sports and qualifying bets determine eligibility. Eligible bets or eligible stake amounts earn the reward entries specified for that campaign, and winners receive rewards when it ends. If a prize category has no winners, part of its prize transfers to the winning category. A World Cup Cashback unavailable state means that cashback cannot be used.

Quiniela

Our Quiniela campaigns can contain 1 to 30 events. Select at least one option for each event. Choosing multiple options for an event adjusts the bets accordingly. To win, your bet must include the winning combination across all selected events. We define the total prize and distribute it among winners.

We may cancel a campaign before its first event and nullify bets in that campaign. If one selected event is cancelled or interrupted, we may nullify that event without changing the prize. If a second event is cancelled or interrupted, the entire Quiniela is void and the bet is refunded.

Points, coins and progression

All registered users can join our loyalty programme and enrol automatically through gaming. Casino and sports bets earn 1 point per $50 MXN wagered. Live Casino and Jackpot Games contribute 10% of that standard rate, while wagers made with bonus amounts earn no loyalty points. Missions, tournaments and specified games can award coins, although some activities require prior registration. We deduct coins when you convert them to rewards. Points support VIP progression and are not deducted from your total.

To progress from Plata to Oro, you need full KYC verification. Without it, points will no longer be counted. Your profile or VIP page shows your current points, the points remaining to your next level and what that level will be.

Loyalty benefits are limited to one per customer, IP address or household. Only genuine gaming activity contributes to points, subject to our verification, and certain low-risk bets may be excluded. Sports bonus money. For Silver–Royal, we provide $300 to $10,000 MXN in sports bonus money with x5 betting and maximum conversion of x3. Multiple bets must have minimum total odds of 4 and per-selection odds of 1.5. This reward is valid for 7 Days.

Our referral rewards

Invite a new player

Registered players who meet our standard terms can share a referral link or code. Referrers must be in good standing without service-term violations, and referred players must have no previous account with us. The new player enters the code during registration or uses the link to apply it automatically. Our referring player receives $325 MXN when that player makes a first deposit of at least $250 MXN.

Releasing referral winnings

Our referral bonus must be wagered in full or its unused portion is forfeited. Winnings from bonus money are capped at 3 times the initial bonus. To withdraw those winnings, wager 12x the bonus amount within 30 days. Otherwise, the bonus and winnings derived from it expire. Accounts with pending withdrawals receive no additional bonuses.

Game contribution

For referral wagering, the cap is $100 per bet in Mexican pesos. Most games contribute 100%, live table and progressive jackpot games contribute 5%, and table games contribute 20%. Roulette contributes 20% when less than 75% of the table is covered and 0% when more than 75% is covered.

We send referral reward notifications by email or casino messaging. Participation accepts the programme terms.
